Seen from below, to the South, the new building rises some 4m off the rapidly falling away slope down
towards the loch. An outside eating and viewing deck pushes further out toward the best views whilst the
building itself rises to form a higher gable to the West. Behind, the new building forms a second,
new courtyard with the two existing buildings which will be used primarily for orientation and interpretation
when the centre is closed.
